TBM:Stock control

This option allows you to create a new stock item or update an existing stock item.

[edit] How to create new stock?

Create stock is a basic job need to do before you can do some transactions on TBM. You can enter “Stock Control” table by two ways on TBM:

1.Click button Stock on the main menu of TBM, then choose sub item Stock Control

2.Press icon Stock on the toolbar of TBM, then press sub icon Stock Control

After that,system will appear a "Stock Control" table,this option allows you to create a new stock item or to update an existing stock item.

To create a new item, you can click button New Item on this table, then system will appear "New Stock" table.You enter item number and a brief description of the new stock on this table.You need to assign a unique number to each new stock item, and it will be referred to by this number at all times. A stock item number can be alphanumeric and can be searched for alphabetically or numberically. After you enter the item number and description, click button Accept, display will come back to the “Stock Control” table and you can keep on importing other stock information on this table.
