TBM:Stock Search

Stock search is a basic job need to do before you can do some transactions on Till. You can access "Stock Search" screen by button Search on the main window of Till.
After that, system will appear "Stock Search" window, and you can see a list of stocks on that window, you can choose the stock what you want on the list. If there are many stock records showing on the list or nothing showing on the window, then you can import a search condition on the search pane to search an exact stock, the available options here are: Number, Description, Barcode.
Quantity
On the "Stock Search" window you can see the Qty line shows the quantity of each stock, that indicating the remaining quantity of the stock, the quantity would be positive or zero or negative.
Tip: You can set Till allow zero quantity sales via options on the main menu of TBM: System Setup → Till Settings-All Tills, and then tick the option Allow Zero Quantity Sales.
Price
You can see it shows only one kind of price on the price line of the stocks.
Tip: You can set default selling price via these options on the main menu of TBM: System Setup → Till Settings - Per Till.
