Statements can help you to know the debtor’s transaction status over a specific period. Sometimes you need to notify your customers about the state of their account.You can do this in the statement.

You can access “Statements” screen by two ways on TBM.

1.Click icon Debtors on the toolbar of TBM, then press icon Statements

2.Press item Debtors on the main menu of TBM, then press sub item Statements

After that,system will appear the "Statements" screen. Let's see the buttons on the "Statements" screen in turn.

  • One Account - Press the One Account button to add one account, then the transaction status about the account will display on the list of "Statement" screen.
  • Remove 1 Statement - Press the Remove 1 Statement button to remove one debtor's statement.
  • All Account - Press the All Account button to add statement for all accounts.
  • Remove All Statements - Press the Remove All Statements button to remove all statements.
  • Print 1 Statement - Press the Print 1 Statement button to print one statement on the "Statement" screen.
  • Print All Statements - Press the Print All Statements button to print all statements.
  • Mark 1 Printed - Press the Mark 1 Printed button to give a mark to the statement which has been printed, and after that you can see it will display mark Yes under the column Printed.
  • Mark 1 Unprinted - Press the Mark 1 Unprinted button to clear the mark Yes under the column Printed, and it means the statement is unprinted.
  • Mark All Printed - Press the Mark All Printed button to gvie marks to all statements which have been printed.
  • Mark All Unprinted - Press the Mark All Unprinted button to clear the marks Yes under the column Printed.
  • Mark & Close - Press the Mark & Close button to mark the statement and close the window. When you access the "Statement" screen next time, the statements which have been marked will be deleted on the statement list.
  • Close- Press the Close button to close the window.
  • Print to PDF - Gvie a tick to the Print to PDF option on the window, the statement will be printed to PDF printer.
