TBM:Monthend

Month end procedure executes automatically on TBM, all you have to do is to invoke it. To process month end, you can click button Monthend on the main menu of TBM, will come out "Monthend " screen.This screen will show the current date and month also the date of last monthend, click button Monthend, then month end will proceed automatically.
Note: Doing a Month End will causes all of the creditors records for the monthly period to be cleared for the following month, carrying forward only the balances to the next month. Creditors accounts age when doing a month end. That is the current balance becomes 30 days etc. We advice that you make a backup of all your information before doing a month-end, before doing a month end ensure that all the relevant creditors figures correspond and none of the new month entries causing total chaos to the balancing of monthly figures.
