TBM:Debtors Groups

Debtors groups helps you to divide debtors into different groups according to their similarities or other characteristic.

You can enter "Debtor Groups" screen this way on TBM:

Click item Debtors on the main menu of TBM, then press item Debtors Groups

After that,system will appear "Debtors Groups" window.

You can modify debtors group by button Edit on this table, and if you want to delete group, just select the group on the list and then click button Delete. To create a new debtor group, click button New on the window, system will appear "Create New Group " screen.You use this window to set Code and Description for the new group. Each group is allocated a unique code, and it will be referred to by this code at all times. After enter the Code and Description on the pane, click button Accept, display will come back to the "Debtors Groups" screen.
