TBM:Common Description

This option helps you to set up and maintain the common descriptions

  • Batch Type - Select the type of the batch for common description.
  • Auto Add New Common Desc.- If tick this option, when you import entry the new description will add to common descriptions automatically.
  • Smart Entry On - If tick this option, system will remember the relevant account and tax type used last time, and the account and tax type will come out automatically when you use the description next time.
  • Abbreviation - Set a abbreviation for the description, and you can select it by import the abbreviation next time.
