Ledger Enquiry
This option allows you to enquiry the transaction details of accounting titles.
- Account Number - Select the account title you want to enquiry.
- Period - You can choose a period for the enquiry.
- Included Unposted Batch - You can choose whether to include the unreconciled batch.
Account List
- You can select the property of the start and end financial category.
- Account Type - The available options here are: All Account (A), Main Account (M) and Sub Account (S).
Income Statement
This option allows you to enquiry the income during a special financial period.
- You can select a start and end financial period
- Use Sub Accounts - You can choose to use sub accounts or main accounts.
- Print Zero Item - Whether to print zero items.
- Included Unposted Batch - Whether include unreconciled batch when enquiry.
- Current Year Only - You can choose only dispaly the data of the current year.
Trial Balance
This option allows you to view the balance in a special period
- Included Balance B/F - Whether include balance brought forward.
- The functions of other options just the same as Income Statement.
Balance Sheet
- Current Year Only - Only display the data of the current year.
- The functions of other options just the same as Income Statement.
