Payroll: Pay runs

Pay runs is important for the payroll software.click Payslips sub menu on the Payslips main menu,it will appear payslips option page, choose a tax year and period(week,fortnight,month) for payslip, when the mouse move up and down on the period grid, it will appear read line choosen, click it, it will appear Create pyslips page.

On the Create payslips page, click Add all button, it will automatic caculate all employee payslips for the period, then created payslips will display on the Payslips listing under Add all button. also move the mouse on the Payslips Listing grid, the red line choosen, choose a employee payslip, it will appear Create / Edit ayslips page, can modify payslips details,then click Save button,also you want to delete the payslip, click Delete button.it will be return Create payslips page. of course,you can manual create payslip for a period,click Add button, it will appear Select employee page, choose cost center, will dispaly employees for the cost center, defaut cost center is All. click a employee, it will appear the Create / Edit payslips page.

On Create / Edit payslips page, it will display the employee details, the following are description:

Attendance button- if the employee absent, click Absent button, it will appear samll page Add absent ,choose which day absent from dropdown listing, choose how many hours and minutes for the day, then click Add button, it will display the record on the Absent list, also caculate the DD:HH:MM and Salary+Travel amount, if you want to delete the recod, click delete graph on the Action column, also cancel all the absents, click Cancel all button. finish the absent add setting, click Submint to payslip button, return Create / Edit payslips page. All attendance button operation like as Absent button.

3605 bonus- choose a bonus name from dropdown listing, then type the amount, it will refresh payslip amount.

3606 commission- type the commission description and amount, it will refresh payslip amount.

It will be leave blank dedcution, can add one more decution.finish all settings, click Save button, the payslip created, return the Create / Edit payslips page, the created payslip will dispaly Palyslip listing under Add button.

of course, not want to operate everything, click Back button for all above page.
