Payroll: Creating employees

Click Employees sub menu on the Employees main menu,click Create new employee button, it will appear Add new employee page.
On this page, Number is unique, many settings on the page, but the following are description just for SARS code and allow employee to login settings.
Income/Allowance- 3601 Salary and 3701 Travel allowance, 3601 and 3701 are SARS codes.
IRP5 deductions- Pension,Medical aid for employee and employer.4001-4007 are employee pension,4472-4473 are employer pension.4005 medical aid for employee,4474 medical aid for employer,choosing a pension,medical from dropdown lists.
None IRP5 deductions- It is not for SARS code,Loan repayment,telephone,cash advance and so on.
Allow employee to login- click the option,it will appear Set employee user and password for this employee page,finish all setting,click Submit,all the settings will be save.if set Allow employee to login,this employee have own user and password to login the payroll software,check own the payslips and print to PDF.
